In a landmark decision the security certificate against Hassan Almrei finding there were not reasonable grounds that he was a member of a terrorist group, engaged in acts of terrorism and that there were not reasonable grounds that he is a danger to the security of Canada.

He has launched a civil action to seek compensation for his unjust treatment.

We have extensive experience in all types of Immigration and Refugee applications including spousal and family class sponsorships, humanitarian and compassionate applications (H&C�s) and Pre-Removal Risk Assessments (PRRAs), and all applications for permanent residence and temporary status from outside of Canada.
