Hidrovo v MCI 2010 FC 111 Exclusion 1 F B

The Court upheld an exclusion finding under 1 F B. The applicant had been found guilty of possession of 200 grams of cocaine. After serving seven months in prison he was released and ten years later his charges which had been deferred were dismissed. The Court held that there was no error and that the tribunal had done the correct balancing required.
