Ugalde v Minister of Public Safety 2010 FC 775 Improper Rejection of Evidence as Self Serving

The Court allowed a stay based on a judicial review of a PRRA. The Court held that the officer erred in law in rejecting the evidence as self serving because it was produced at the request of the applicant.
